 The automotive glass repair and replacement industry has seen dramatic changes when it comes to working on insurance claims. With the advent of third-party administrators (TPAs), no longer can the consumer choose a glass shop for their replacement based on reputation, service or convenience. The TPAs have been dictating where auto glass insurance claim work will be done, thus they have eroded the free market system and the viability of independent shops.
NGE is committed to restoring parity to the auto glass repair and replacement industry.
